Singapore-listed UOL Group previewed The Tre Ver, its 729-unit, high-end condo 1 today (Jul 21). The sales gallery drew about 1,500 people within three hours of its opening, and the number doubled to 3,000 by end of the day. The Tre Ver will be launched a fortnight from now. There’s a wide range of one-to four-bedroom The Tre Ver. One-bedroom units are sized from 484 to 506 sqft, with prices from $738,000 ($1,525 psf); two-bedroom units are from 614 to 646 sqft with prices starting from $898,000 ($1,463 psf); three-bedroom units from 1,012 sqft are priced from $1.538 million ($1,520 psf); and four-bedroom units sized from 1,335 to 1,378 sqft start from $2.08 million.

This was before the start of the collective sale fever which sent en bloc land prices shooting up to a record $2,910 psfpprlast month before the property cooling measures kicked in on Jul 6.
The developer has appointed the award-winning architectural firm WOHA as the architect for The Tre Ver. WOHA also designed UOL Group’s projects such as 1 Moulmein Rise (completed in 2003), which won the prestigious Aga Khan award in 2007; Newton Suites (completed in 2007) and Parkroyal on Pickering.The design of The Tre Ver will capitalize on the 220m frontage along Kallang River as well as the 12 conserved raintrees along the bank. The design by WOHA is described as “green, breathing architecture” – and includes sky terraces for all nine towers, airy living spaces in all units and green foyers for selected residential units.
